Student Ministries

Today’s young people are tomorrow’s leaders. At WEPC, we believe that teenagers matter to God and that He is actively at work in the lives of teens in the Warsaw area. That’s why we’re committed to meeting young people where they are and helping them to develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to offer students a community of peers where they can:

  • Make fun memories
  • Form meaningful relationships with other teens
  • Deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Live out their faith in word and deed

Focus | Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Our middle school youth group, Focus, is open to grades 7-8 and gathers on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 until 6:30. A typical Wednesday gathering includes a meal, Bible teaching and group games in our spacious youth room. Whether you enjoy board games, video games, ping pong, foosball, indoor capture the flag, or simply lounging around with your friends, there’s plenty here to help you feel at home.

The Underground | Wednesdays, 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Our high school youth group, The Underground, is for grades 9-12 and meets in the WEPC youth room from 7:00 until 8:30 on Wednesday evenings.  We share a meal together, spend time in worship and Bible study, and then enjoy hanging out and playing large group activities. In addition to our regular Wednesday night schedule, we also enjoy annual mission trips, retreats, lock ins, and other fun group outings.

Teen Sunday School | Sundays, 9:45/10:00am – 10:45am

Our teen classes focus on helping teenagers develop lifelong godly habits and learn how to engage their world from a biblical perspective. The middle school class meets from 9:45 until 10:45 in one of the sanctuary building classrooms. The high school class meets in the WEPC youth room from 10:00 until 10:45.

His Majesty’s Puppeteers  | Tuesdays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Puppet ministry has been an important part of the life of WEPC for many years. Our group presents biblical truths using puppets, rods, and a variety of other dramatic techniques. We rehearse every Tuesday from 6:00 until 7:30, and we are open to anyone who has completed 4th grade. This includes kids, teens and adults!   As one of His Majesty’s Puppeteers, you’ll experience monthly Sunday morning performances, outreach presentations, competitions, and team-centered ministry with a fun and diverse group.
